Two brothers from Belize.

We're Alain and Rashaan Morris. We grew up in Belize and we're building Vireo here — an AI consulting practice focused on businesses in Belize and the wider region.

Rashaan is the technical lead. He has more hands-on experience building AI systems than most people you'll find — he writes the code, designs the architecture, and knows which tools actually work versus which ones just sound impressive. Alain runs strategy and client work — figuring out the right problem to solve, managing the engagement, and making sure the work we do fits what the business actually needs.

We started Vireo because we kept seeing businesses in our region get left behind on AI — not because they didn't want to use it, but because the options available to them were either too expensive, too foreign, or too disconnected from how businesses here actually work. We want to change that.

We're early. We don't have a long client list. What we have is genuine technical ability, a clear-eyed view of where AI actually helps versus where it's hype, and a strong motivation to do good work with the first businesses that trust us.
