The shared Vireo layer
This product uses Vireo’s shared identity and security controls where an account is required. Product boundaries and database permissions limit records to the person, business, operator, or authorised support role that needs them.
Private links and files
Guest appointment links are designed to be hard to guess and are excluded from public indexing. Private appointment responses are not intended to be stored in shared browser caches. Payment proofs are checked, normalised, stored privately, and limited to the appointment and authorised business roles.
What you should protect
Do not post or forward a private appointment link or payment receipt. Contact the business or Vireo if a link was shared with the wrong person.
