Public and private information
Property details approved for publication are public. Enquiries, contact details, viewing plans, offer conditions, brokerage operations, and support records are limited to the people and roles that need them.
Brokerage separation
Database permissions separate each brokerage’s operational records. Actions that can create commitments—such as mandates and accepted offers—use controlled operations and authorised roles rather than relying on a hidden button.
Public-form protection
Public enquiry inputs are bounded and handled as untrusted data. Vireo uses service controls and operational records to reduce abuse and investigate problems.
