Vireo Properties privacy

You can send a property enquiry with the name, contact details, message, preferences, and property context needed for a representative to reply. Sending that public form does not by itself create a Vireo ID.

The brokerage or representative responsible for the enquiry sees the information needed to follow up. Brokerage records are separated so one firm cannot browse another firm’s contacts or conversations through Vireo Properties.

Properties may process your search preferences, viewing requests, meeting details, offer conditions, and communications. Public listing information can be seen by visitors; personal enquiry and offer information is not a public listing.

When you consent, Vireo Properties may record campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers to understand which outreach produced an enquiry. First-party campaign attribution may remain in your browser for up to 90 days.

For consented conversion measurement, we may send Google or Meta an event time, transaction identifier, click identifier, consent state, and a normalised one-way hash of the email address or phone number used in the enquiry. We do not use the property sale price as the advertising conversion value. Declining optional measurement does not prevent you from sending an enquiry.
